Process - Hull

Bobby Boyatt leads a team of five experienced welders in the hull fabrication shop. Each hull is fabricated using 5052 marine grade aluminum to meet USGC and NMMA standards. As the hull is being fabricated, our 12 ton overhead crane flips the hull over to allow convenient accessibility to weld the joints on the bottom side. The hull is then returned to the upright position position for the completion of the front deck and swim platform.

Stardust has constructed boats with several unique hull designs including the catamaran, modified "v" river cruiser, and the deep "v" hull. The hull depths can be increased by up to 8" to allow for more head room in the cuddy cabins.

Other hull options include gang planks, anchor boxes, hinged swim platforms (to meet specific length requirements), PWC carriers (retractable or stationary), and double plated bows.
