Process - Delivery

The delivery of every Stardust houseboat is coordinated by the Stardust project manager. Once the boat arrives at its final destination, Stardust employees reassemble the boat and prepare the systems, and insure that every customer is familiar with the safe operation of the boat. The customer and the delivery supervisor will inspect the boat to make sure that the new owners are 100% satisfied with the initial operation of the boat.

The transporting of the boat is coordinated with a select group of transportation experts. Only those with the experience and proper level of expertise in houseboat transportation are considered.
